Things you should know

• This facility does NOT allow in/out privileges. You CANNOT enter & exit more than once.
• The Parking Spot reservations are non-refundable and may not be cancelled.
• Complimentary bottled water is available at checkout.
• Height restriction: 9’2”
• If you park outside your reservation times, you will be charged for each additional day you park.
• Please have your QR code ready to scan when you arrive. This helps us get you parked and on your way in no time. Thank you!
• Please proceed to the rooftop for uncovered parking.
• The Parking Spot reservations may be changed up to 1 hour prior to your scheduled arrival time.

How to redeem

1. No need to pull a ticket! Pull up to our facility entrance and scan your Spot Hero QR code to open the gate.

   

2. Follow the entry directions to the rooftop for uncovered parking.

   

3. Proceed to the Shuttle Pickup Area and board the shuttle to LAX.

   

4. When you arrive home, proceed to the upper level at LAX (Departures).  Please wait next to the red pylon/sign that says "Hotel & Private Parking Shuttle.”  Look for The Parking Spot shuttle with the blue "Century" sign.
   If you land between the hours of 7 PM and 9 AM, please call us for pick-up at (310) 642-0947..

   

5. The shuttle will bring you back to the Shuttle Pickup Area. From there, proceed to your vehicle and follow the signs to the exit.
